No gym needed. The programme works for both gym and home training. Home trainers will get the most out of sessions with a set of dumbbells. That's all you need.

Workouts are programmed to take around 60 minutes. If you're short on time or simply prefer to keep things quick, we also include a 30 minute alternative option for every session. Same results, just done faster.

Most programmes show you how to lose weight. SCALE shows you how to keep it off. We go beyond the training and nutrition to address the psychology and behaviours that actually drive long term results. You'll learn exactly how to progress in the gym, how to keep your diet varied and enjoyable, and how to build the habits that make consistency feel effortless.
